Entuity Customer Tech Talk
Description: To kick off the first session, topics include the recently updated Customer Report Builder and Custom Dashboards. There will be no PowerPoint slides, just a quick dive into the product so customers have an immediate opportunity to ask questions. The sessions will last between 20 and 30 minutes and future sessions will be driven by customer requests. The goal of these Tech Talks is to provide customers with the mechanism to gain more value from using Eye of the Storm in areas where they may not currently use it and provide a vehicle to speak directly to Entuity Systems Engineers to address particular challenges that are causing concern. These sessions are not intended to replace Entuity Support Services for product issues but rather a new way for customers to ask questions and learn about the many facets of Entuity Eye of the Storm/BMC ENM.
