ENTUITY ADDS NEW ARCHITECTURE TO EYE OF THE STORM FOR GROUNDBREAKING IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT AND ROI

NEW YORK, NY – July 22, 2002 - Entuity, Inc., a technology pioneer in IT infrastructure management software, announced today version 2.7 of its acclaimed Eye of the Storm®, a cornerstone solution offering full fault, performance and inventory management for maximum ROI and use of technical/staff resources. The latest version includes frame relay management. It also features a groundbreaking extensible architecture, StormWorks®, for building configuration files allowing for rapid adoption of new infrastructure technologies.

The infusion of capital includes backing by two new investors, Mitsubishi Corporation and Gartmore Investment Limited. The news follows Entuity's strongest quarterly earnings to date with the close the second quarter of 2002.

Eye of the Storm 2.7 is a cornerstone suite unifying fault, performance and inventory management in a single, integrated package.
