ENTUITY, INC. CEO GERRY O'CONNELL TO PRESENT AT NETWORK OUTLOOK 2003 CONFERENCE

NEW YORK, NY – February 24, 2003 - Entuity, Inc., a leading infrastructure management software provider, today announced that the company's Chief Executive Officer, Gerry O'Connell, will be a featured presenter at Technologic Partners' upcoming Network Outlook 2003 conference. Entitled "The Future of Digital Communications," Network Outlook will showcase many of the most promising private technology companies that will fuel the next upturn in enterprise and service provider markets.

The conference will be held on Tuesday, March 11 and Wednesday, March 12, 2003 at the San Francisco Airport Marriott in Burlingame, California. Mr. O'Connell will present on Tuesday, March 11 at 3:40 p.m. and 4:55 p.m. (PT).
