Entuity, Inc., a leading infrastructure management
software provider, reported considerable market momentum
throughout Fiscal 2002, culminating in a significant
presence within the financial services industry. Ark
Resource Management, Garban Intercapital, MetLife and

Entuity recorded its best performance
to date with sales increasing nearly 20 percent in
2002 despite an extremely challenging business environment
where many peer companies are experiencing decreasing
revenue. In addition, the company has achieved 65
percent revenue growth sequentially for it's fourth
quarter. Fueling adoption of the Entuity solution
is the product's ability to help maintain exceptional
levels of network availability, while optimizing service
levels.

Given the ongoing consolidation and
