ENTUITY, INC. APPOINTS DAVID PROVANCE VICE PRESIDENT OF NORTH AMERICAN SALES
Seasoned Sales Veteran Joins Network Infrastructure Management Provider
NEW YORK, NY May 28, 2003 Entuity, Inc., a leading infrastructure management
software provider, today announced the appointment
of David Provance to the position of vice president,
North American Sales. Entuity recently shipped the
newest release of its flagship product, Entuity Eye
of the StormT, which provides IT with a powerful new
solution for managing infrastructure change, better
utilizing network assets, and harnessing stranded
capacity. Provance is chartered with selling this
award-winning product to the North American enterprise
and outsourcing market.

American sales effort."
Reporting directly to O'Connell, Provance
is responsible for strengthening Entuity's North American
direct sales channel. He will drive all N.A. sales
management and sales operations functions.
Provance joins Entuity from a long
line of sales and business development successes in
the networking and software industries. His career
accomplishments include recognition as CEO sales man
of the year and for a former employer, notoriety as
the strongest revenue producer in the company's history.
Most recently, Provance held several significant sales
leadership roles with Smarts, including director of
Federal sales and director of Southern operations.
Prior to Smarts, he held sales management positions
with Computer Sciences Corp. and Lockheed Martin.
