ENTUITY, INC. ESTABLISHES PRESENCE IN AFRICA THROUGH DISTRIBUTION PARTNERSHIP WITH NETWORK VISIBILITY SOLUTIONS

Leading Distributor of Infrastructure Technology Resells Entuity Software in Africa; Three Customers Already Adopt Software

NEW YORK, NY – August 6, 2003 – Entuity, Inc., a leading infrastructure management software company, today announced that one of Africa's leading distributors, Network Visibility Solutions (NVS), has signed an agreement to resell Entuity's network infrastructure management software to enterprises and outsourcers throughout Africa. Several leading enterprise and service provider customers have already licensed Entuity software from NVS including AST Group, Comparex Africa and a leading South African banking institution. Entuity Eye of the Storm provides a powerful new solution for managing infrastructure change, better utilizing network assets, and harnessing stranded capacity.

Under the terms of the agreement, NVS will market, sell, and deploy Entuity's software products and provide integration and consulting services across Africa. NVS will now be able to offer its customers a more complete suite of infrastructure management products and services that includes an enterprise-level, network management software solution that automatically discovers an entire network infrastructure, finds underutilized assets, and correlates the information within context of the network so assets can quickly be redeployed and adapted to changing business requirements.

NVS was formed in April 2000 and quickly identified a need for a new breed of network tools that could address the market requirement for proactive rather than reactive and predictive models. It identified Entuity's product as the right tool to allow organizations to gain control over network infrastructure.
