NETWORK MANAGER ENTUITY APPOINTS VP OF PRODUCT STRATEGY
NEW YORK, NY March 01, 2004 Entuity, Inc. today announced the appointment of William
(Bill) Tracy as its Vice President of Product Strategy.
This significant addition demonstrates Entuity's momentum
to expand the company's product offerings, grow their
customer base, and increase worldwide presence.
Bill Tracy brings Entuity over 20
years experience in communications systems and network
management software development. He is chartered with
further defining the company's product roadmap. He is
primarily responsible for creating initiatives that
differentiate Entuity's product set. In addition, Tracy
is responsible for establishing Entuity as the de facto
provider of comprehensive performance, fault and resource
management for networks and their relationship to the
applications they support. Prior to joining Entuity,
Tracy was the Vice President of Product Management with
Concord Communications.
Tracy says, "As networking gets

in listening carefully to customers while taking the
