ENTUITY RELOCATES U.S. HEADQUARTERS; REMAINS IN MANHATTAN

NEW YORK, NY – July 25, 2005 - Entuity Inc.™, the developer of the Eye of the Storm™ (EYE) integrated network management suite, has relocated its U.S. headquarters, effective July 25, 2005. The Company remains in Manhattan.

The Company is now located at 8 West 38th Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10018. Telephone, Facsimile, and email addresses all remain the same.

The new location will better meet the Entuity's anticipated space requirements as the Company expands its sales and marketing efforts in North America. This move comes on the heels of Entuity's most successful quarter to date, during which it achieved profitability. The Company has also released a major version of its integrated network management suite, including integration with VoIP management software from Cisco.

The company was previously located at 125 West 55th Street, New York.
