ENTUITY APPOINTS RICHARD THOMPSON AS VICE PRESIDENT OF EMEA SALES

NEW YORK and LONDON – October 31, 2005 - Entuity™, Inc., the global developer of the Eye of the Storm® (EYE) integrated network management suite combining inventory, fault, and performance management, announced today that it has expanded its executive management team with the appointment of Richard Thompson as vice president of EMEA sales.

Thompson comes to Entuity with more than 20 years of experience as a commercial director for industry leading network hardware and software companies. In his new position, Thompson will be charged with growing the EMEA region in both strategic partner and direct sales. His experience in senior sales management roles for enterprise infrastructure software and service provider solutions companies will be aimed at delivering significant business performance improvements to Entuity target markets.

Thompson joins Entuity having provided sales business development and marketing consultancy services for IT software and services companies, where he created business strategies for rapid market entry solutions. Thompson has held senior director and management positions at Persistence Software (now Progress Software), Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and Novell where he was instrumental in delivering year on year revenue growth, key partnerships and increased market demand.
