ENTUITY APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO

Michael Jannery to Succeed Retiring Gerry O'Connell

NEW YORK, NY and LONDON, UK – December 7, 2005 - Entuity™, Inc., the global developer of the Eye of the Storm® (EYE) integrated network management suite combining automated, continuous network discovery, inventory, fault, and performance management, today announced the appointment of Michael Jannery as president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Gerry O'Connell, who has been Entuity's president and CEO since 2001, and who will be retiring after 40 years in the industry.

Jannery brings nearly 25 years of experience to Entuity, where he has served as vice president of marketing and business development since February 2005. Jannery will drive the Company's strategy and vision, and will oversee Entuity's market penetration and growth as it expands its direct and indirect sales channels, partner alliances, and product line.

"Under Gerry's leadership, Entuity has developed a strong management team and introduced continually evolving product functionality in Eye of the Storm," said Michael Bennett, investment director at London Merchant Securities, Entuity's majority investor. "This transition is a natural evolution of management responsibility, and will enable the Company to continue its forward momentum with Michael leading its team of seasoned executives."

Prior to joining Entuity, Jannery held vice president of marketing positions at Proficiency, a product lifecycle management company, Gradient, a security middleware company acquired by Entegrity Solutions, and Cayenne Software, a software and database modeling company acquired by Sterling Software. He has held various international assignments, and began his career as an engineer. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he garnered the college's highest computer science award.
