ENTUITY OPENS BOSTON OFFICE

Continues North American Expansion to Satisfy Customer Demand

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – December 19, 2005 - Entuity™, Inc., the global developer of the Eye of the Storm® integrated network management suite combining automated, continuous network discovery, inventory, fault, and performance management, today announced the opening of its newest office in Boston, Mass. This expansion is designed to better serve the Company's growing customer base.
