ENTUITY'S EYE OF THE STORM DEPLOYED BY SWITCH AND DATA

Deployment of Network Management Suite Aids Current and Future Business Growth

NEW YORK, NY and LONDON, UK – March 13, 2006 - Entuity™, Inc., the global developer of the Eye of the Storm® (EYE), today announced that Switch and Data, a leading provider of carrier-neutral colocation and Internet exchange services, has selected Entuity's network management suite as its network management solution. Entuity's solution will manage and monitor both internally-facing and customer-facing transport equipment, helping Switch and Data to more effectively operate 34 facilities in 23 markets - the largest footprint of any neutral provider in North America.

The key to Switch and Data's accelerated growth is its ability to provide rapidly deployable access to more than 340 unique networks. To maintain this competitive advantage, the company made the strategic decision to standardize its infrastructure management technology, with a focus on capacity planning, service level assurance, and visibility into performance and quality of service management. Beyond the well-defined technical criteria for its evaluation of the top vendors in the network management market, Switch and Data sought a partner that demonstrated a customer-centric culture. Following a four-month evaluation, Entuity's Eye of the Storm was chosen over competitive solutions for its superior performance and scalability to meet current and future Switch and Data requirements. The product's automated, continuous monitoring of network inventory and topology ensures that Switch and Data will have transparency into the network at all times.
