BT Applications Assured Infrastructure has five stages to assuring application optimisation:
- Audit and profile: BT examines your end-to-end infrastructure - and the applications delivered over it
- Optimise: Using the information from the audit phase, BT will make recommendations that can improve asset utilization and optimise infrastructure performance
- Monitor: The infrastructure will be regularly monitored to deliver reports on application performance and usage
- Manage: BT will analyse the root cause of poor application performance and provide a recommended resolution
- Assure: This is a user-tailored commercial commitment that applications will perform in accordance with our service level agreement
