Troubleshooting the IT Infrastructure
Infrastructure management is often about preventing small problems from developing into large ones. Eye of the Storm is a proactive infrastructure management tool, able to identify, for example, where performance degradation is occuring, where trends in network usage will require changes in your infrastructure, in effect where problems will occur.
When problems arise Eye of the Storm identifies the true cause:
- No deductive analysis, the root cause is known.
- No signature symptom comparison, the root cause is known.
- No downstream suppression, only one root cause event raised.
Events are presented through an easy to use Event Manager, although they can be easily routed to a Manager of Managers, or indeed Eye of the Storm can accept events from third party software.
