Customer Training

Entuity provide Eye of the Storm user, administrator and upgrade training courses. If you would like training for yourself or would like to arrange training for any external party, please contact Entuity's Training Department.

Basic User Course Eye of the Storm
This course provides a basic overview of Eye of the Storm and its major components. Basic networking knowledge is assumed. After completion of this course the attendee will be able to operate Eye of the Storm successfully. This course consists of a classroom session and a hands-on workshop.

Administrator Course Eye of the Storm
This course will provide Network Administrators and Supervisors with the necessary knowledge to setup and configure Eye of the Storm. It is assumed that attendees have completed the Basic User Course and are familiar with the day-to-day operation of Eye of the Storm.

Upgrade Course Eye of the Storm
This course is for current users and administrators who have recently, or will in the near future upgrade to the latest version of Eye of the Storm. The course will provide attendees with a sound grounding in the differences between versions.
