Hardware Upgrades and Sales
Many organizations need additional storage, servers, network equipment or processors to keep up with the ever-increasing need for data. Upgrading your equipment may allow you to keep your equipment in service longer, increasing your return on investment. Park Place Technologies can provide upgrades on most of the equipment we maintain.

Relocation
As your organization evolves, your IT infrastructure evolves with it. In instances where you may need to relocate your data center, Park Place Technologies can aid in relocation, whether it’s moving several pieces of equipment to a different site or moving complete systems to a colocation facility. Our engineers work with you to map out a project plan while working within your time and financial constraints.

Smart Hands
Smart Hands support is available to Park Place Technologies clients to assist with ongoing projects. Data Center Services specialists are assigned to work with you and determine how we may be able to assist with getting your projects completed.

IT Asset Disposal
Park Place Technologies offers complete ITAD services. Our services can include de-installation, transportation, hard drive erasure or destruction both on and off-site, E-Waste recycling, and certificates of destruction.

First Call

With ParkView First CallTM, when an issue is detected on hardware that requires service by the manufacturer, we will contact the OEM for you, make sure a ticket is opened, and save you the time and hassle of waiting on the phone or monitoring your email for a response.

The convenience of automated maintenance can be extended to devices currently covered by an OEM maintenance warranty creating a uniform support experience.

Central Park

  • Get real-time visibility for all events

PPTechMobile

The first of its kind in the third-party hardware maintenance category, PPTechMobile brings the self-service convenience of our customer portal (Central Park) right to your mobile devices.
